Hands (Demo), released as a single, features two demo versions of a new David Carter and the Railroad Spikes original.
The demo version is a rough recording that captures the energy of the band and shows how the band has grown and changed since the release of “To A Friend, From A Friend”, their first EP.
The Green Grass Version is a rendition of the song featuring just two acoustic guitars and vocals, taking the song back to its roots in the bluegrass subgenre of country music.

About the band
David Carter and the Railroad Spikes is a country music and southern rock band based in Auburn, AL. Though they all come from different areas, they met each other while attending Auburn University. Finding common ground in their love for music, they decided to form a band that lets the hammer down and commands a presence every time they step on stage. Click below to learn more!
